Front Porch Sittin'

One of my favorite things to do this time of year is sit outside in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch of the sorority house and just enjoy the cool breeze. I love being surrounded by all of the beautiful fall foliage, and a lot of nights, some of my best friends and I will just sit out there and talk. I know it's these times that I'll be missing when I graduate later this year! My parents have a few porches at their house, and I hope when I have my own house, I have a porch as gorgeous as one of these:

Have a wonderful day, y'all!

A. Miles Design

As all of you college girls know, a must-have for college is a cute towel wrap. I didn't have one at the beginning of this year, but Andrea, the owner of A. Miles Designs, recently sent me the CUTEST monogrammed Lilly towel wrap and threw in a little surprise!

The Lilly print is Catching Zzz's. I love the pom-poms, too!

The top part of the wrap is elastic and has velcro, so it stays put, but is comfy enough to wear while doing my hair and makeup.

Here are some other wraps Andrea sells:

Lilly with a monogram on-top

Andrea also does Lilly Greek letters!

This is the style I went with! Love!

She also surprised me with this fab stocking, and I am obsessed! My mom retired my childhood stocking two years ago, and I've been looking for the perfect replacement for two years, and this is it! It combines two of my favorites: Lilly and monograms!

I love the print and the colors!

Here are two other stocking designs she has:

Andrea also sells these cute monogrammed bikini tops:

What's your favorite item from A. Miles Design? Have a wonderful Sunday!

Good morning!

I probably snooze my alarm at least 3-4 times every morning, so a cup of coffee as soon as I wake up is a must. I hate drinking out of boring cups, though, so I try to infuse a little fun into my mornings. How could your day start badly when you're drinking out of this pretty Lilly mug?

Do you have a favorite cheery coffee mug? Have a great day!

Giveaway: Nava New York

I was recently contacted by Nava New York to tell y'all all about the exciting new things that are coming to their site! Based in New York, Nava New York is an American-made jewelry line designed for the modern-day sorority girl. Nava is "all about looking good, doing good, and feeling good about it."

Currently 7 sororities are represented: Alpha Phi, Delta Gamma, Delta Phi Epsilon, Delta Zeta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Kappa Gamma, and Sigma Kappa. Although not all of the sororities are represented, they have a section on their website where you can vote and ask them to get your sorority added to Nava NY. Also, they are about to announce three more products that can be made in any sorority letters, which is SO exciting. Here are some of the products that I'm loving:

Nava New York has graciously offered one of my readers a pave twist ring...in her Greek letters, of course!

Love this! To enter, all you have to do is enter the Rafflecopter widget:

Nava NY is also offering free shipping through October 15th,! My sorority's Big/Little reveal was last week, but initiation is coming up, so it would make a perfect initiation gift for a Little or G-Lit! What's your favorite from Nava? Have a great day!

Currently Coveting

Here a few things on my current wish list:

Kate Spade Bow Push Pins
I love these SO much! And they're only $24 for 24. How cute would they look on a bulletin board?!

Lilly Pulitzer Wine Glasses
I cannot believe I don't already own these. I need them ASAP!

 Tory Burch Leopard Revas
I think leopard is a classic if done in small doses. Love these flats!

David Yurman Earrings
These have moved up to my #1 graduation present want. I'm allergic to nickel, and so many pairs of earrings have nickel in them. I use to be able to wear earrings with nickel for a few days in a row before they began bothering me, but now they start bothering me within an hour of putting them in my ears. Painting the posts with clear polish doesn't help, either! I have a pair of Yurman hoops, but they're too formal for everyday wear, so I'm loving these! I think they'll be my daily wear earrings until I hopefully upgrade to diamonds one day haha.

Rouge & Co Metallic Monogram Pillows
Obsessed.

Chilly Fall Days
It was 93 degrees on Saturday...I don't know about y'all, but that's not ok with me. I'm SO ready for normal fall weather!!

What are you coveting? Have a great Tuesday!

Charleston Recap

I mentioned this last week, but I recently went to Charleston for an overnight trip. I went on a dinner cruise with my sorority, and it was so much fun! A sister and I decided to stay overnight, and we had such a fun day on Sunday. We accomplished so much in one day, it seems like we were there for days haha! Here are some of the highlights of the trip:

Like I said, we went on a dinner cruise on Saturday night, and despite the lack of food, we had a really good time!

This was the view of the bridge--SO gorgeous at night.

We started Sunday morning off with a PSL, of course.

After our Starbucks breakfast, we walked around the slave market. The basket weavers always fascinate me.

I just love looking at the architecture in Charleston. The gates on even the most run-down homes are gorgeous. I have a hard time not snapping a pic of everything.

Then we headed to Hyman's for an early lunch around noon. Hyman's is very touristy, but I have to eat there every time I visit Charleston. It's SO good, and they give you so much food for the money you pay. I would recommend it to anyone, just make sure you get there for an early lunch or an early dinner so you're not waiting in line for hours! They have little plaques telling you who sat at your table, because tons of celebrities visit when they're in Charleston. Michael Phelps ate at my place while he was there!

Some of our spread--scallops, mac and cheese, shrimp and grits, crab cake, shrimp, hush puppies, and king crab legs.

Their Carolina style shrimp and grits are ahhhmazing.

Afterwards, we strolled down King Street. I spotted the C. Wonder store across the street and had to stop in!

So many cute monograms, jewelry, and housewares.

Next, we headed to Boone Hall Plantation, which is where Allie lives in the Notebook. I've never been before, but The Notebook is my favorite, so I felt myself channeling my inner-Allie as I was walking around the plantation. How stunning is this driveway?

A huge event was going on, so we didn't go inside the gates, we just walked around the property.

The Spanish moss was just beautiful.

Finally it was time to say goodbye as we crossed the bridge.

I had such a wonderful time in Charleston, and I cannot wait to go back! Have a wonderful day!
